Why, or why not? Because I don't think just one person should be able to choose what everyone else should do. That is just not fair. I think everyone should voice their opinions and just go with the which ever had most votes. Because more people would be happy instead of just that one!

I think it is important for citizens to voice their opinion and participate in the decision making process.

Why, or why not?

I think that if you did not voice your opinion or participate in decisions, you would be unhappy. You need to happy with your community or nation. Your opinion could make a huge impact in your school. If you are a citizen, you make up a part of a working group that should value your opinion. You and your community are working together to improve your community.

Is it important for citizens to voice their opinions and participate in the decision making process?

Why, or why not?

Yes b/c every person has there own opinion. Not just one person should be able to speak freely, and let it go at just that one option. When everyone speaks there mind many can agree with there chose instead of what another person has said. After awhile when others speak freely more kids and adults will speak there minds! Which means that these people have a lot of courage

Is it important for citizens to voice their opinions and participate in the decision making process? yes.

Why, or why not? I believe that if we don't say something to the government about things that they do wrong then everything would be different. Now wwe have people who protest about things and sometimes they should but at other times it's just for a reason that not really important.

It is very important that people know what is going on in thier country. They cant help the president make the final decisions , but they can vote for who they think would be best for the country.

If they do not the community, state, or even country could go in a very bad direction. What the community does should be based on the citizens opinion.

Is it important for citizens to voice their opinions and participate in the decision making process? Why, or why not?

It is important for people to voice their opinions when it comes to important decisions. If something does not go the way they want it to and they do not voice their opinions, they may try to voice them when it is too late. When a person says something to begin with this confusing and troublesome outcome can be avoided.

It is important.

Because if the citizens do not decide what kind of leader they want, a dictator will step in a rule.

Anonymous said...

Is it important for citizens to voice their opinions and participate in the decision making process?
Yes

Why, or why not?
Because if they voice their opinion then they should back it up. A lot of people voice their opinion but they don't back it up. So I think that if you voice your opinion you should back it up.

Anonymous said...

Is it important for citizens to voice their opinions and participate in the decision making process?
Yes

Why, or why not?
Because by people not paticipating in decision making and by not voicing their opinion, they are letting their communtiy down. The reason I say this is because if someone has a good idea and they don't share it, that is just something that is good going down the drain. By not saying whats on their mind, they are not telling their community leaders what needs to be fixed or changed for the better.

Anonymous said...

Is it important for citizens to voice their opinions and participate in the decision making process?
Yes

Why, or why not?
I think that is really important to voice your opinions. Your ideas might be what your community is looking for. Anything could happen if you voice your opinions. Your idea might be for some certain thing to be banded. If you tell the mayor of the governor, they could possibly try to pass a law. Other ideas might not be the best but voice your opinion anyways. Don't follow the crowd, do what you think is right.

yes
Why, or why not?
so that people can have there voice heard in the decision of anything that is going on

Anonymous said...

Is it important for citizens to voice their opinions and participate in the decision making process?

Why, or why not?

Yes. Every citizen has their own opinion. Whether it is positive of negative, they HAVE the right to voice that opinion. What people say can stongly influence others to take action, depending on the situation. Sometimes, that can be a bad thing. The majority vote of each individual can determine the entire opinion as a whole. Most of the decisions made by a majority are the most influencial. We work together, but even at that, America is still at rivals with other fellow citizens. I guess the moral is to make good choices and keep the positive opinions in mind.

Is it important for citizens to voice their opinions and participate in the decision making process?

Why, or why not?

I think that it is important for people to voice their oppinion but not in an irrational or violent way. If you have something you want to say or change you should write someone who can make a difference instead of rioting in the streets violently. Voicing your oppinion is imporant to make the place you live and the thins you do more enjoyable and better for everyone.

Is it important for citizens to voice their opinions and participate in the decision making process? YES

Why, or Why not

In my opinion it does because you should voice your opinion. So people will take you serious as an adult instead of a child If you voice your opinion you might hurt someones feelings but at least you and them know that you are being a true friend and not afraid to say the truth. And people should participate in the decision making process.

Anonymous said...

Is it important for citizens to voice their opinions and participate in the decision making process?

Why, or why not?

Yes because you wouldn't want somebody on the city council you didn't think was a good person. If they did win the election you would have still had some say on who won or not. If you have an idea that would make the community better then you should suggest, and not be quiet about it. So yes a basically think it is important to voice your opinions.
