I think that we need to improve on the people who litter.They make our community look like we really don't care about it and we just trash it.

There should be a program where people help the elders of the community. I think there should also be a program to clean up the community.

I would try and visit my elders. I think that they like it when you visit them and help them out. I think I would also take a day out of a month to clean up on the sides of the road.

I think it is important because the needy people need a lot of help. The usually need food and clothes, things that citizens can provide for the needy. I think that every good citizen should send something to the needy people.

I think something that need to be improved are some peoples attitude. I also think that we need to have more fun in school. Learning is the main priority but Oak Grove used to be ALOT of fun. And now we barely do anything.
And more cops need to watch the truckers that speed.
What could you do about it?
Well atitudes could change by everyone treating others with respect. And the way they treat you. Having fun nothing really because Mr.Pruden is up to that. And we could write a letter to the cops or tell them or something and let them know that they need to watch those trucks.

I think if there is a reason the needy person needs help we should help them. If they are just lazy and do not want to work I do not agree with that mentality, so I would not feel like I needed to help.

Why or why not? Because they are much less fortunate then us, for having the things we have and I think that we should share with those in need.

There's been a lot of break-ins in my neigborhood. There's a few houses that look absolutely disgusting on the outside (and inside). Just lazy people.

There's not being anything done about the break-ins even though we all know who's doing them. And about the house thing... I can't really do anything about that.

Yes, but you need to make sure they really are needy and they just don't look that way. They could just be really lazy and unwilling to make things look halfway decent.

Because they need it! It's the right thing to do, even if you're not even trying to be a good citizen.

There are a few drug users in my community, I think they need to be arrested.
What could you do about it? Well, a lot of people have tuurned them in and now we have neighborhood watch but they need better focus.

Thge thing that needs to be improved in my community is the security, because we have had alot of break ins. Last week my aunts car was stolen out of her own yard.
What could you do about it. I could argue with the police about the security. So that they could do something about it. EX: they can put up some 24 hour servalence cameras from the telephone pole and hook the wires so they can see who and what goes in and out of the community.

Yes, I do because it is the right thing to do because what if an elderly lady waas walking and she could't reach the things on the shelves or needed help with the yard being cut or the rosebushes need to be trimmed. And plus would'nt you want somebody to help your elderly parents when they needed help around the house or in the stores.

There are a number of things in my community that I think would be worth improving. My town’s park tennis court needs to repaved, and the playground equipment could use a new coat of paint.
I could organize a fund raiser and sell Support West Jefferson pins in order raise the money needed to repave the tennis court, and then I could organize a group of people and we could all go in and clean up and paint the old playground equipment.
