If your running or walking really fast your probally in a hurry for something and don't want to be late, I can understand that. If your just walking and bump into someone you should apologize. When I am arguing with someone and they call me a name, I don’t necessarily feel bad for my self, I guess I feel sorry for the person who did the name calling, because only people that are low down, and immature resort to name calling.
